Our Label Applicators can accommodate set-ups ranging from simpler production lines to industrial scenarios, and include options for merge, blow-on, or tamp-blow applications. They can work with widths from 5" through 7.5" and 10", and functional product sizes from 0.25" diameter up. These applicators that can handle maximum roll diameters up to 12", with minimum core diameter requirements of 1", up to a maximum of 3".
They also possess the ability to switch modules. Included operation modes are Single Label, Front and Back Label, Cover Label, and Re-Label usage. With varying labeling speeds, they can put through up to 300+ products per minute, depending on their configuration capabilities.
