SixB Labels Utilizes a Variety of Printing Techniques and Capabilities to Produce High-Quality Custom Labels
These printing techniques include:
SixB Labels prints labels of four, six and eight colors on inline flexographic presses and can produce label runs that are 7" - 10" wide. Additional services available using these presses include:
- U.V. varnish or lamination
- Cold foiling
- Coupon construction
- Our flexographic presses utilize turn bars that allow printing on both sides of a label
- Tractor feed labels
- Sheeting and stacking
Sato Department
- Our Sato Department produces such projects as bar codes and asset tags
- The equipment prints with ribbons in different colors and formulas for different stocks
- Many project widths are available
- Using Sato equipment, SixB Labels can offer consecutive numbering and bar coding
- The Sato equipment uses die-cut labels with a gap to register
- Some equipment can sense eye-marks, both front and back
- The Sato equipment prints information with eye-marks for future die-cutting
Our company prints custom laser-printed or inkjet labels on our inkjet printers
- These inkjet printers print in CMYK
- We can print labels 8" wide and 24" long
- We can also print labels that are 4" wide and 16" long
- This digital press can produce labels with CMYK as well as orange, green and white
- Accommodate labels up to 12 3/4" wide and 19" long
- Provide Flexographic UV on the first and last station
- Allow both delamination and relamination of projects
- Perform 12" x 19" die cutting
SixB Labels also employs a digital finishing press that can:
- Use sensors and eye-marks to convert pre-printed labels
- Easily die cut all lengths of labels
- Adjust scoring width
- Slit apart 2 wind-ups
- Independently produce blank labels
- Provide both semi-rotary and full rotary die cutting
- Cut 13" wide
- Laminate and UV varnish, both matte and gloss
Our company can offer you die-cut labels, as well as perforated and hole-punched labels. We employ multi-level dies and air-eject die cuts as well. Both our flexographic presses and our hot stamping press allow for die cutting.
SixB Labels can offer you screen-printed labels in 35 stock colors with no extra charge as well as Pantone® colors with a charge
With our hot-stamping press, SixB Labels can produce projects with metallized and pigment foils, in addition to:
- Multi-pass printing with re-registration to overprint other labels
- Lamination
- Die cutting
- Waste removal
- Sheeting
- Embossing (limited)
- Die cutting of pre-printed labels
- Maximum print area 5.5" x 5.5"
SixB Labels offers cold foiling on both our flexographic presses and our hot stamp press
SixB Labels can produce labels with a raised design without using ink. Only certain designs lend themselves to being produced via hot stamping so it is best to consult with us on this type of label prior to production
SixB can offer you dome labels. A dome label is a unique, specialized label with a long-lasting raised surface, especially well-suited to certain applications such as outdoor advertising, sporting equipment and any place where a label needs to be waterproof, rustproof and scratch resistant
Our company can offer you imprinted magnets in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, made of flexible magnetized vinyl, with a choice of either gloss or matte finishes, and perfect for save-the-date, sports, ribbon, car sign, and many other applications
